Greg Palast is great too! He is saying that Garner was fired and Bremer brought in because Garner made the BIG mistake of promising Iraqi elections in three months. The US can't have an actually election happen because there is no govt potential in Iraq that would allow the transfer of Iraqi oil rights to private interest, aka the US. Good stuff!
