This is one I'd love to get a full transcript of. If it appears anywhere, please, someone, let me know.

Mike Webb was brilliant, picked up the clue and was on Terwilliger like a bad rash:

WHO did the patch? WHEN was it done? WHAT was in that patch? You mean your own employee changed the program?

Bob Terwilliger: Yes, but I trust my employee

Mike Webb: No, I don't trust anybody. What exactly was this patch for? Who authorized it? If the secretary of state authorized it, who is privy to your private conversations with him?

Bob Terwilliger: It was just to do reports

Mike Webb: These reports interface with the data? The votes? How do you know this patch didn't change votes?

On and on. It was merciless. I had the easy job -- when Terwilliger said it was okay to put in program changes blah blah blah all I had to do was interject "Nonsense!" about three times.

I really wonder how much of that is strategy though.
If the facts reflect badly on someone, then maybe their
best strategy is to deny having the facts (?)

I'm glad you were in the studio too.
It's moot with Webb, 'cause he's one of the good guys.
But with the jerky hosts, it's critical to be in the
studio so they can't control the conversation as they
can by phone.
