Notes from NY Time Best Sellers -- Zell bulk buying are we
I saw a thread on Coulter and I had to check, NO she did not make the top 35. Hillary is hanging in there at 35. IMHO Hillary will make a ton of money when she goes paperback.

This Week
1) DUDE, WHERE'S MY COUNTRY? by Michael Moore

2) WHO'S LOOKING OUT FOR YOU? by Bill O'Reilly

3) LIES (AND THE LYING LIARS WHO TELL THEM), by Al Franken

NOTE all three are without the conservative bulk buying + sign. As much as I hate O'Reilly, he is in second with TRUE sells.

BUT .. Mr. 7 - A NATIONAL PARTY NO MORE, by Zell Miller has the big +

Good week for real Dems on the NY Times Best Seller Lists

2. Glad to see Franken has moved up to the #3 spot
Last week he was #5, and I could have sworn I saw him in the teens a couple weeks ago. Is that true? I wonder what could have caused such a bounce.

7. O'Reilly should be in second, he's new!
Edited on Thu Dec-04-03 08:23 PM by Freeforever
Of course O'Reilly is second, his book is only nine weeks old. If anything, he should be crushing both Moore and Franken. I had no idea Franken would last this long; he's been on the charts 14 weeks and bounced back from #5! That shows how tired we Americans are of the standard conservative rhetoric that's been poisoning the NY Times list all these years, and that the FOX lawsuit only made people more anxious to read Franken's hilarious book. O'Reilly keeps talking about his competition to sell more books than Mrs. Clinton, yet he's losing out big to Franken and Moore.

The people have spoken. The true test will be how well they do against Goldberg's "Arrogance" which was just released. He'll probably start strong until the people remember that nobody cares anymore about the bogus liberal bias myth.
