Clark's golden resume will augment the Dean machine perfectly. If it plays this way, I suggest neocons pack up and pick on some other country, cause there won't be room in our democracy for fascism any more. :)

I'm reasonably sure that in the last several election cycles, our nominees have announced their Veep well before the convention; at least several weeks, so that they can reap whatever "bounce" is forthcoming.
What would be really, really cool, though, is if one of the candidates announced their Veep before the nominee was decided, and make it a part of the primary process... that I'd like to see!
