NH Man Forgets Polls, Actually Wants Best Man For The Job
When our world changed on Sept. 11, 2001, the requirements for the presidency changed as well. It is critical to have a president who is experienced in foreign policy and diplomacy. We also need a president who understands war and what it means to send young people to fight in war. What we don’t need is another president who leaps into foreign policy propelled by theory and emotion. The world needs a cool-headed leader of sound judgment.

No candidate’s service or leadership equals that of John Kerry. His entire adult life has been devoted to the security of the people of his country. In contrast to his major primary opposition, John Kerry has the temperament, demeanor, experience, knowledge, judgment, and vision to be our president in the age of terrorism.

In this most important presidential primary, we should not let New Hampshire send forth a candidate who is less qualified and less suited for the job than the incumbent.

Th guy also rips up Dean for being just another college-educated white guy who found a way to avoid the draft in favor of becoming an Aspen ski bum. He suggests that the post-9/11 world has made that a relevant issue, and has always been for veterans. I'm assuming he won't be voting for AWOL boy in 2004.

3. Nice poster, though I hate this "experience" argument.
There was no more experienced man for the job in American history than James Buchanan. He had one of the most impressive resumes we have ever seen, but there is one interesting thing about James Buchanan: He was the worst president ever. George H.W. Bush and Herbert Hoover were two others with impressive records of experience and knowledge and were terrible presidents.

5. Agreed: Kerry would make an excellent president, but is
an (unfortuantely) bad candidate and campaigner for the Presidency.

I started out as a Kerry supporter, before moving to Clark and say this with a heavy heart. Kerry would be an excellent President.

6. When? Florida? Ripping Up Ashcroft? Taking On Ann Coulter?
Kerry has been coming on strong. I'm not sure what station you were watching, but I see someone fired up. He just jumped into a journalistic feeding frenzy of 20 or so liberal journalists and let them take their best shots - and they came away liking him much, much more.

Kerry is all piss and vinegar now, stronger than ever.

7. He should be tired...
he was beaten up by DEMOCRATS mercilessly. He is a man of huge potential and the cardinal question is not "is he perfect" but is he “better than Bush”. That test qualifies Donald Duck as a good candidate.

Clark, Dean or Kerry….which will it be?

8. LOL
I guess this lone NH Dean basher is supposed to somehow negate what the NH polls are saying?

Kerry blew it here. Big time. Maybe it will be different for him in other states, but he screwed up in NH.

Once or twice a week I drive 2 hours to work in Concord. On the way, I pass through a boatload of small towns. Most people don't have signs up yet - but 90%of the signs I see are for Dean. There's one Kerry sign - though it is a biggun. There are a few Clark signs going up. My favorite one locally is stuck in front of an abandoned commercial property. That makes a statement. :eyes:

I realize that we who live in NH are a bunch of gun totin rednecks, totatlly unsophisticates, in our insignificant little state full of white people - but be that as it may - Kerry blew it here. He blew it with the war, with no child left behind, with gun control, with his party organization, and MOST OF ALL - by not voting on the Medicare bill.

He should cut his losses, and try to do better in other states.
