I was wrong with a more alarmist headline in a previous thread, indicating this issue in a much too alarmist way.. In this post i lead in to in a more gentle manner.
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=104&topic_id=854890 The enlightenment of the kabbalah is REAL, like is that of Buddhist and other mystical traditions. That enlightenment manifests in the world as liberality, internationalism and justice for all people. To oppose these values politically, is antisemitism. Bush, Sharon, and other leaders who inflate conflict, raise borders and walls and generally destroy internationalism and liberal consensus are really antisemitic, and that bush let mahathir off without a major rebuke for a speech where mahathir openly used the "protocols of zion" fantasy (by the way, where something like 60 islamic leaders gave standing ovation to..) confirms that he is passively using the jewish "conspiracy" as a cover for his and his evil henchmen's darker activities... and to pin it on the jews, given that europe is seeing antisemitism itself at the most intense levels since the 30's.... bad. Sharon and his fools have endangered the very thing they claim to defend... (this stuff is pretty well known anyways, no need to go further, lest we get too much heat about israel, in a discussion where i don't mean zionism at allll, i mean mystical judaism.. kaballah and international liberalism, its reflection. The busheviks are doing the same thing as the bolsheviks once did, they are dangeriously close.
http://www.tenc.net/In opposing bush, there can be no trace of antisemitism, or we will not carry the light of the very thing we as a people hold dear. Joe liberman is jewish is to me an oxymoron. In the conundrum of unwinding the knot of feelings in disliking him, i discover this uncomfortable truth. The democratic party was formed as a racist party, and this historic, but presently untested past, is a dangerous ghost. Be it away. The republicans are antisemitic, and any attempt to undermine a democratic win, also is antisemitic. Joe, in my opinion should stand down from his candidacy because of the last election.. not because of his claim to religion.
Please moderators, i've done my best to keep this neutral, yet clear of any trace of inflamatory rhetoric, of which my previous post could be accused.. (i wrote the last post too intense, sorry)
