Any Conservatives angling for a third party campaign? |
|
Granted, the Dems have a good chance to unseat Bush, but a little help would be nice.
I remember Perot grabbing a lot of votes from Poppy in '92. Buchanan did a little in 2000, but not much.
I've heard of that Bob Bouman guy (a Reform Party "true conservative") but does he really have a chance? I never heard of him until he was mentioned on DU.
You people may think I'm nuts, but I look forward to a strong conservative third party running that's disenchanted with the current administration (which is as non-conservative as it gets).
Maybe something like this could have the same effect as the Greens did on the Dems in '00.
Does anyone else think something like this could happen?

I'm hoping we can draft a petition to get Roy Moore to run as an independent.
