We are using the Republican Glossary.....
and it's hurting us...

we are allowing them to set the terms,
Bush Hater,
Elitists
etc.

WE need to start working on a glossary and push it to the forefront.

Neocons - sounds like a cool name, I would like to be a Neocon. shortening it to Neo is more dissmissive

Bush 41 and Bush 43 - How bout "Bush The Lesser" for the pretender in the throne.

2. I would rather.....
let that run off like water off a ducks back.
names are only effective when you let them get to you.

Look how we allowed them to create "liberal" into a negative thing.
I would rather let the insult slide, but correct them for their poor grammer.

5. You are on the right track!
Actually, throw away the term neoconservitive entirely... they are actually corporatists. Their philosophy isn't conservative in nature at all.

Bush the Lesser is a great reference, I'm going to use it.

7. Start using GOP as a verb
To GOP something is to 'run it dry' or 'leach from it'.

Medicare got GOPped. Bush is going to GOP social security. Our treasury has been GOPped.

8. Exactly. NEVER USE THEIR TERMS. REDEFINE AND THEN TALK.
Tax and spend is really pay as you go. The Bush policy is Borrow and spend.

Pre-emption is aggression without provocation.

Liberal is humane.

Conservative is non-applicable to Bush as he conserves nothing and spends like a drunken sailor buying trinkets for his whore while his family starves.

NEVER USE THE REPUBLICAN TERMINOLOGY.

9. I say, let's use Webster's.
Let's call things what they are and skip the loaded buzzwords. Let's win with better ideas and honesty instead of trying to out-Republican the Republicans.

They'll always lie better than us.

11. When they say "grassroots" they misuse the term.
One of us here called it astroturf and that's pretty correct in my book. We ain't lying. We're exposing the lies.

12. I've been using 'Bush the Lesser' for years...
for other things....

Use 'Cons' for conservatives. 'Corperate Cons' works.

Never use 'Pro' for any of thier positions. Bush isn't Pro Life, he's anti-choice. How can you be 'pro life' and support the bombing of innocents?
So, when a repuke says 'Bush is pro business' correct them and say he's anti-worker.
Bush is anti-American, anti-Constitution, anti-veteran, anti-police, anti-teacher, anti-reason and anti-anything but Bush money.

13. agreed with "pro life"
I am pro life... in that I think it's the better option.
But I am pro choice in that I think the choice belongs to the woman.

so to make it clear, they truly are "anti choice".

16. borrow and spend Republicans
I like that one.

Every time a Dem talks about a repuke the word radical and/or righ-wing should be tied in the phrase. Worked good for Clinton with Dole.
