|
Just reported on Sky News television, London, in video from Iraq, featuring U.S. soldiers reporting on Saddam raid --
Saddam's reported first words to U.S. soldiers: "I am Saddam Hussein, the president of Iraq, and I am willing to negotiate."
Unnamed U.S. soldier(s): "President Bush sends his regards."
