Has Dennis Miller morphed into the "hip" Rush Limbaugh?

Is it possible that Miller has been recruited by repub leadership to draw the young repub croud that Rush can't connect with?

Thoughts on new show: Most likely will become as abject of a failure as his short-lived Monday Night Footbal gig.

2. I have an old Miller quote

posted on the front door of my office (which is filled with anti-bush stuff). It says:

"Last week President Bush proposed a budget that has large cuts in job training and highway improvements. Makes sense, who needs roads when you don't have a job to go to?"

I keep it up to remind my repuke co-workers that we only give them our has-been entertainers (Bruce Willis, Bo Derek, Ah-nold).

You should be reading Bartcop.com. This is old news. Bart has done a number of things on Miller, and how he hasn't been funny for the last dozen or so years. And as his popularity for his "Mister Pop Culture Reference" kind of humor has died off, Miller's gone more and more right wing.

One of these days, Bart will tape one of Miller's "rants" and take it apart, line by line, analyzing it like the Zapruder film. I can't wait.
