who was colin r. mcmillan?
i mean no disrespect to the dead, but i really am curious & can find no information on the internet other than:

i know he was an oil man.

i know he ran for senator & lost.

i know he was nominated to be navy secretary in may.

i know he committed suicide on his ranch last week.

this is all i know about him. so why is my george w. bullshit detector going off?

1. Amazing lack of info.
He did work for Poppy Bush and I found a weird reference to some cabal engaged in fighting Extra-terrestrials.
