Specter is in trouble in Pennsylvania (New Poll)
Pennsylvania is fast looking like a strong possiblility for a democratic pick up. The latest Quinnipiac poll pits Specter vs. Someone else, here are the results:

Specter: 46%
Someone else: 44%
Don't Know 11%

His probable democratic opponent will be Rep. Joe Hoeffel and a year befoer the election with Hoeffel not nearly as well known as Specter, he keeps Specter at only 50%.

Specter: 50%
Hoeffel 32%
Someone else 1%
Wl'd vote 2%
Don't Know 14%

72% haven't heard enough about Hoeffel to form an opinion.

Also helping the Democrats is Hoeffel is now not going to have any primary opposition while Specter could have a bloody inter-party primary against the more conservative Pat Toomey.

3. Muahahahahahahaha
Do you think the people in Philidelphia would ever vote for a conservative like Toomey? He seems more conservative than SANTORUM!!!! I don't know how Pennsylvanians can elect people like Santorum and possibly Toomey.

So Pennsylvanians - is there hope for a pick up in Penn?

8. If Toomey beat Arlen in the primary
he might be easier to beat.

5. Good News! Spectre plays a game of being moderate, but
usually votes for the BFEE agenda. PA (and everyone else) needs to revolt for the sake of every living thing.

7. Go Hoeffel!

He used to be my representative before re-districting. He's a fairly liberal Democrat, but moderate enough to appeal in PA IMO.

11. Great and we should demand Specter tell us who killed JFK.
If he didn't know, he wouldn't have tried to cover-up with teh miracle bullet theory.

12. You can believe that I will
be voting against Specter next year. Specter traded his hold on the Overtime Amendment for a couple million dollars for some military terminal or something like that in Philly. He also votes for those ultra-conservative judges.

14. I'm certainly planning on helping the Hoeffel campaign
Specter is beatable...he'll be weakened from the primary challenge and hopefully there will be Democratic coat-tails.
