Why Saddam's trial wont be in a international court |
because the following questions wont be asked in a coalition controlled military court . Mr Hussein where did you get the WMD ? Who encouraged you to be the brute you are and supplied you with everything you need to be such a nasty killer ? Did anyone give you a shit load of deadly white powder like substances and say ( try this stuff out lets us know how it works ? )What just happened prior to shaking Mr Rumsfelds hand in that photo ? The trial will be after the 04 elections if he doesn't die , get murdered or kill himself first . Hasn't there been a few OBL side kicks captured including his number one man in Pakistan and yet we have heard nothing about any testimony ? Thats the tough part of fighting The War on Terror for shrub , he has to worry about what the terrorist will say once they're caught and tried .

1. I understand that the Intl Criminal Court doesn't qualify |
there was a past date agreed upon during the negotiations on it's charter as a limit on how far back they could review things and his out of country war crimes pre-date that.
