Is William Pitt gone?

I saw him post on a few threads, but heard someone say that he was not posting anymore or was gone or something.

What's up with that?

Someone else suggested he was posting as the wisemen (which would contradict his Truthout piece but would be consistent with the arguments that he was "forced" to do so and has to hide his identity now and not post honestly as himself anymore)

Can someone tell me what I missed (if anything)?

Is there a link or thread where he said he was leaving?

Or am I just misreading things?

In a nutshell, an e-mail to truthout complained about Will's so-called "vendetta" against Dean and threatened to stop all donations if Will didn't stop speaking negatively about Dean on DU.

Will realized that he couldn't be William Pitt on this message board in the current climate. Someone was bound to take the debate too personally and threaten him in the pocketbook, and they did.

5. I don't think Will's left DU. I think he's here. Just maybe not in the

form we know him. His "ghost" is here and it will turn to life at some moment when we least expect it!

He had a problem and expressed it here. He's pissed, but said he would "lurk." I take him at his word.
