Pop-up Bush ad(UGH!!) "Patients action network" |
|
After I closed out the Kucinich site, got this ugly ad with Bush...Courtesy of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
"Bush wants to reduce medical liability"(only phrased in more propagandistic terms and I'm NOT going back there to look at the exact wording, even if you threaten me with a vat of boiling oil!!)
Turns out that this is a petition drive to Congress, from the "patients action network" to get those evil lawyers out and return something or other to the patients.
:evilfrown: Taking bets as to which companies PAID FOR this ad!!TAKERS??

yesterday. It almost make me puke. I'm not sure what I had been looking at, but it wasn't Kucinich's web site. Probably one of the newspaper articles.

President Bush is for medical liability reform. Shouldn't you be?
Made me sick too. I don't think I've ever kicked off anything faster. My guess is the insurance companies paid for this ad. :puke:

The New Year will bring a renewed attack on consumers. Watch for Bush and his insurance buddies to try and pass nationalized medical negligence "reform." :puke:

5. We had this debate in florida. |
|
And good old Jebbie and the insurance companies promised a 20% rate reduction in premiums for doctors if the bill passed. Well it did and the doctors still are paying increased premiums. So much for the truth Jebbie.

Get Mozilla or one of its spin-offs and you can stop pop ups.

8. Here's what I did with it: |
|
right clicking on the image gave me the option of making it my wallpaper image. So I did. Then I opened an application I have called "destroy" which contains simulated chainsaws, termites, machine guns, flame throwers, etc. That was good for about a half hour worth of fun. So I was actually glad to get it.
