7. That's for sure

Back when the child tax credit thing was going on last year,the pundits were whining like 2 year olds for people on the low end of the wage scale not to get the tax credit since they "don't pay any taxes". Now you watch these same slimebags jump up and crow about how benificial this plan is for those same people.
