Global Warming: For Bush, it's no problem. Here's why. |
|
Edited on Mon Jul-28-03 10:07 PM by TruthIsAll
Just figured out why Bush is not too concerned about Global Warming and wants to continue to study the problem for 10 years before considering the industrial controls that the Kyoto World wants to see.
Bush spends August in extreme Texas heat - around 105 or so. The British and other Europeans rarely see temperatures rise into the nineties, so to them Global Warming is a big deal.
But Bush is smart; he has it all figured out. If he can stand Texas heat, the Euros won't mind when temps rise 10 degrees over the next 20 years and hit the 90s. So there really is no Global Warming problem.
Bush is not concerned that Texas may hit 115 in 20 years. After all, the troops in Iraq are doing quite well in that heat, so his grandkids won't mind when it happens to them in 2020.
Besides, Bush wants inland America to appreciate the cool ocean breezes when the Atlantic overflows. He promised this to his base voters in Kentucky. At the same time, submerging NY and NJ means less EVs for the Dems
He's smart, that Bush. Very underrated. Repugs, you sure picked a winner to lead us.

the Lizard People.
It all makes sense. Bear me out. :tinfoilhat:
See, Bush, the English Royal Family, and the Saudi royals are aliens, either Extraterrestrial or Intraterrestrial (from the inner core of the Hollow Earth).
They like it hot. So they are encourage the use of fossil fuels to create a greenhouse effect to change the environment to something more suitable for them, being cold blooded and all. This is also why Bush needs to go back to Texas so often and spends entire months there in sweltering heat. :tinfoilhat:
Trust me... Lizard People.
