Would someone explain this to me please!

Someone posted something from a web page called Debka, about a Syrian journalist claiming to know the location of Iraq's WMD, and a few posts later, this appears.


Debka is not considered a news source for the purpose of posting in LBN.

4. It is not so-unlike the CIA's sutler use of US media,Mossad's use of Debka

is extreme - granted they mix fact with lies - the same way Rove/Bush, and our CIA/US Media do.

It is just that it is a bit too obvious for most folks.

5. Debka isn't a news-source

although it pretends to be. It is actualy a mouthpeice for the ultra-right wing of Israeli society. They are about as accurate as the National Enquirer.

To put this in perspective: They claimed that they knew EXACTLY where the WMDs were months before the invasion.

ON EDIT: Debka makes Fox News look like a reliable news source.

6. It probably becasue Debka isn't a "news" site per se

Debka is a political information site, and time and time again, it has posted items as news that were later debunked as disinformation.

This is akin to posting something from Rush Limbaughs site as LBN.

You would be better served posting that somewhere besides LBN, that's for news, not agenda laden innuendo.

10. Yeah, the page you're quoting from is not considered an objective source.

I've seen quite a few articles from Debka in LBN that have been closed. Just repost in GD, there's no censorship involved.
