QUIZ: When else was Bush's Gallup Disapproval rating this high?
ANSWER: ONLY two other times in Bush's presidency did his disapproval rating in the USAToday/Gallup poll reach as high as it it now (38% the last two weeks). Those two times were...

38% on March 14-15, 2003 (2 days before announcing we're going into Iraq)

38% on September 10, 2001 (the day before, well, you know)

Anybody getting the urge to duck?

5. Yes, not at all.
War is their only way to pull up approval numbers. But I think the American people have had their fill of it.
