7. Sorry to say
I am old enough to remember Romper Room. The hostess (her name escapes me) held up a "magic" looking glass and named the good little boys and girls she could see out in tv land. I was convinced she could see into my home.

14. I actually HAD a pair of Romper Stompers when I was a tike.
They were inverted yellow cups attached to waist high neon green strings. I mastered those damned things, much to the chagrin of my parents, who had to listen to me clop around on hardwood floors.

Thanks for the memories!

15. Anyone at all remember Buckskin Bill?
He was on the Baton Rouge station...a local kids show.

The Monday Morning March was the greatest. And he always closed his show with, "And don't forget, you're never completely dressed until you put on a smile:-) "

I would've never remembered that cereal in a bazillion years had I not seen that pic! I'd bet you could make enough money to retire comfortably if you sold those figures on e-bay!! :D

Has anyone seen "Meet the Feebles?" Doesn't that hippo look like the hippo character from that movie?

26. Totally!
I had a hard time reconciling the Henrietta Hippo imagery of my childhood with Heidi's behaviour in that movie. x(

(Meet the Feebles is a really twisted movie, one of the first efforts of LOTR director Peter Jackson. I highly recommend if you are into crime-ridden, drug-addled Muppet porn that you check it out! :D)

Yeah, I remember them all. I loved TEC!! It came on either before or after ZOOM. I thought the New Zoo Revue was lame even as a child. It was a Dusty's Treehouse ripoff IMO :-).

28. How about "Make A Wish"?
If you want it
You can get it
But to get it
You've got to want it
Anything you want to try
Just let go, fly high
And make a wish

:-)
