10.5: The lame movie
Edited on Sun May-02-04 09:08 PM by zulchzulu
I don't know if anyone is watching this movie on NBC, but it appears that the entire state of Oregon has been completely ignored in the massive quake.

The epicenter of one of the quakes was in Redding, CA. Apparently, Portland was unscathed while Seattle crumbled...

What was funny was how Beaux Bridges (the President) sort of looks like Chimpy and immediately stopped his hoops game with his Harvard buddy, unlike Chimpy who decided to read to kids when he heard the news of 911.

Who wrote this script?

4. Do I want to watch this?
Or is it going to scare the crap out of me. After all, Vancouver Island is supposed to sink into the ocean., But all of Canada is probably ignored in the movie too. After all, nothing exists above the 49th parallel.

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- An upcoming TV miniseries about an impossibly large earthquake that strikes the West Coast has left seismic experts shaking their heads at what they called gross inaccuracies.

Watch it for the "Cheese factor", I was laughing less than 5 minutes into it.

8. Hehe!
If Rick Berman did write this someone at the end will wake up and say "it was all a bad dream." ;)
