YeeeeHaw! The ball is now firmly in my adviser's court...
This proposal has been the bane of my existence for the past two years, and I just sent it to my chair tonight. At least I wll get a respite and not feel guilty about going fishing in about a week and half. Here's hoping for a quick turnaround on my survey and a graduation in December. Dr. Mikimouse, hmmm, I could get used to that!

4. Cool
Here's a good joke:

How do you know Computer Science is NOT a Science?

Because it has the word "Science" in it.

8. If you are riding on a k-meson, and you collide with a mu-meson...
then , one can draw some basic conclusions, not the least of which is that you are a really teeny little thing! I have undergraduate minors in Physics and Chemistry, so I are a boney feed signtist.:silly:

12. I remember taking several
medical sociology classes in college, soc was my minor (didn't want to deal with all the quantitative analysis and experimental design classes, which were beyond my abilities at the time, or I would have majored in it). Urban soc was another favorite area. Maybe someday I'll go to grad school; I'm a single parent of a teenager so it really wouldn't be practical to do right now, though.

13. I love Med. Soc...
I wasn't about to sacrifice 25 years in the health care professions, and MEd.Soc. spoke to me.

9. Based on my experience, that's not such a great thing.
I've done some serious waiting in my graduate career. Glad to hear you're almost done, though!

14. I have great faith in my chair, she has never let me down..
and has done minimal browbeating when I taught more classes than she thought I should. She only got semi-angry with me when I was teaching 15 hour/semester loads.
