What's your favorite NES game (not SNES, Gameboy, etc.)? Apart from Mario/Zelda?

Me: Bionic Commando. Best. Game. Ever.

Runner up: Castlevania 2.

Favorite Crappy Game that I particularly like: Nobunaga's Ambition.

ON EDIT: Stupidest Nintendo Trade I've ever made: I gave up Double Dragon for Elevator Action! Ugh.

12. you can get t-shirts that have that on the back

and on the front they have a little guy symbol with a "x30" net to it. I guess they use that in a bunch of games. My buddy can beat it without the code too, if you keep playing after you beat it it's a little harder everytime.

And Super C is FAR better than the original Contra

And the following playing Super C--and by entire summers, I mean every fucking day w/ my friend playing contra/super C.

Super C has FAR better controls than the original Contra. The laser was worthless in both versions of course.

Bionic Commando. Especially after you get to toast Hitler's ass at the end in the helicopter.
Next favs were Golgo 13 and the Castlevania series.

My favorites are "Pirates" and "Silent Service" (I know they're ports of old computer games, but they were great).

I thought my son's was "Ice Climbers" but he is telling me that it is "Mappyland".

I just got a 8-Bit Top-loader last year and I'm just now starting to rebuild my collection for this machine.

I'm looking forward to what other folks contribute.
