I just got my neighbor's mail by mistake.

The mail carrier accidentally put my neighbor's mail in my mailbox. It's a big manilla envelope that says "Presidential Photo Enclosed, Do Not Bend" with a bush*/cheney* re-(s)election sticker on the front. I thought there was a law against peddling this kind of smut! Should I take it over to him?
