Just becuase you can name a bunch of Canadian provinces... |
|
...doesnt mean your knowlegeable about Canada.
I got a perfect score on that test, but to be honest I probably know a better outline of Mexican history than I know about Canadian....yeah, it does look alot like the USA, but I think the history is pretty different, as is the political system.....Canada is still a mystery to me.

When i was in Toronto they people seemed kind of glum and standoffish. Maybe it was my bad breath.

I've spent a whole lot of my life in Canada without ever technically having lived there. Growing up 155 miles from the border during part of my childhood (and currently living) helped too.

The lady news reader who last night, while commenting on the "Top Guitar Riffs" thingy said "Number 2 is Nir-VAN-a, 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' "...VAN as in a vehicle.
Meh, I can forgive that I guess. ;)

U.S Canada pah-sta vs. paaa-sta ga-rahge vs. graaaaj khaaaaki vs. khocki
When we first started talking on the phone, I teased him because he said "sothewest." He teased me back because I say "cuuuk" instead of cook and "buuuk" for book. He has even more fun with cuuukbuuuk.
We still tease each other. Keeps the marraige interesting.
