My blog has been invaded by freepers!

I knew you guys would understand.

I don't mind him criticizing me, but it does get old when they start to ridicule your other commentors.

I don't know how Atrios/Kos deal with it. I mean, my site hardly gets any hits or comments. (I'm not doing it for that.)


I banned his IP from my site. I think there's a group of them, though.

Sometimes, I wonder why I have a blog at all.

Here's some of the comments. Maybe I should use the first one as my tagline!! (spelling included...why is it that freeper trolls can never spell?!)

...I clicked on the link at the bottom of your post, and I was instantly "Driving with Dawn" (not a bad thing, since you appear to be in Southern California...I'll let you drive.) We have a number of "trolls" at DU...nasty, evil little people who live in their parent's basement, only leaving their computers to check the mail in the hopes that another tax refund check has been sent...the check neve comes, and they become increasingly bitte. Don't let them bother you. Great Blog, by the way.

5. They're just trying to shut you up.

They're trying to make your blog experience painful enough that you quit. Don't give them the pleasure. Just ban the IP quietly and move on. Let them wallow in their ignorance.

They didn't hit my blog but they posted stuff to my site guestbook. The last one they posted as if they were Michael Moore and said my art was not fit for toilet paper, etc. Silly people.
