I would not want to know. Ignorance is bliss in this case. :-) I'm sure I'll have my share of getting my feelings hurt as it is.

1. God, no. That's too dangerous.
What you don't know won't hurt you.

5. Hrmmm... That depends.
Can we turn it on and off? I have to admit that sometimes I'd really like to know what runs through my student's heads when they're patently lying about why they don't have an assignment ready.

6. yes i would
Turn it off with your near and dear, if you wish, but definitely keep it tuned up "high" in financial situations.

8. oh HELL YES
would make things alot easier. i want honesty from people... if they dont want to share it, thiers no way i can do anything for em, if i didnt need to ask for honesty and could just know what they wanted/thought ect, it would save me alot of time...

that... and i could find other uses for it too

i ignore the bad things people say about me anyway, why would it be any different with thoughts.

12. i would rather know the truth
than be happy about a lie... thats just me though

i donno, maybe all the source of happiness in my life is that from lies. but i will never know because i cant/wont ever be able to read minds. i can see your point, but id still like to know what people are thinking.
