1. Dude your missing out...
Try bartcop.com

This dude rocks. I also like the fact you don't have to click the mouse button. You can simply scroll. I read his web page with a cup of tea everyday.

2. Frankly, DU is my all-purpose stop.
Edited on Fri May-14-04 05:04 AM by pnorman
I hit it very frequently each day, and follow all the promising leads. This is a FANTASTIC knowledge base! I'll make note of all the above leads though, for when time hangs a little heavy here.

One other item; The Nation. I've been a longtime subscriber, from WELL before the internet. There's a lot of good stuff on their website especially in the archives, but some articles required a subscription to access. I HATED the idea of paying for TWO subs to the same mag! But last year, they extended that access privilege to the magazine subscribers. GREAT. I no longer store the past magazines.

On correction: I SHOULD have included Buzzflash on the front page of DU (for the reason given in the other posting).

3. http://ThisCenturySucks.com
"A discussion of how this century has gotten off to such a bad start. In other words: A discussion of The Bush Administration."

4. BuzzFlash and DailyKos
www.buzzflash.com and www.dailykos.com

Buzz flash is the best news site out there ... if you don't know it, you should.

Thanks for your list ... I'll be checking them out.
