1. I *purged* a bully. I was 12, he was 15. >
He had a formidable reputation; the swagger and the sycophants to go with it. He tormented and hurt a little guy in front of me and I just went off. Broke his nose, but not before a large crowd had gathered.

I almost got kicked out of school, but that SOB never bothered another kid again. Still a highlight (sorry, pacifists) these 40-odd years later...

2. I LOOOOOVE that movie......
......haven't seen it in YEARS though...it's HILARIOUS!! :D

...and yeah I recall an episode in elementary school with a bully at recess...with what seemed like the entire student body was watchin'...he was afraid to hit a girl so we didn't scrap..but I cussed him up and down regardless and have to say it felt GREAT to stand up to him like that in front of everybody!! There was a boy that lived in my neighborhood who liked to pick on people too...we'd have knock down drag outs and I'd carve him UP with my fingernails....he would always pick up PINECONES to scrach me with LMAO!!!

....my older sister and I got into it with the two boys next door who'er roughly the same ages we were.....they'd ganged up on me first...tryin' to take my bicycle away from me...my sister tore into the older one...she beat his head against a fire hydrant...and I the younger...that little bastard pushed into a big fresh stinkin' pile of dog shit that their mean ass dog had crapped in our yard....my Mom was FURIOUS...and my sister and I got in trouble for fightin'...but she took us out to eat that night though after we explained what had happened for us to have come to blows with those mean ol'boys!! :grr:

4. There was this one kid in Jr Hi...
Who kept giving me crap all the time. Calling names, knocking the books out of my hands, all the usual stuff. We got off at the same bus stop and he was riding my ass as usual and finally I had enough. I got in one punch -- right on the jaw. Didn't have much effect on him and he got in several good punches on me but the BS stopped after that.

Bullies always look for a target who won't fight back. So even if you fight back and lose, they'll still leave you alone after that.

6. My little brother was knocked down by a bully, and big sister (me)
did not like that at all. I was in 3rd grade and the bully, a boy, was in 4th, but I swear I really did see red and I went after that POS. I got a black eye, but I gave him TWO black eyes and knocked his cowardly ass right on the ground in front of other kids. He could hardly hold his head up in school after that. It seemed to have cured him of bullying.

It was the first and last fistfight I have ever been in.

8. Just last week at work.....
A coworker and I got into a yelling match during a meeting. He lied about me, yelled, cursed, and belittled me in front of my 8 fellow counselors. I stood my ground and gave it right back to the bastard.

It was just one part of the week from HELL I had last week :-(
