Does anyone understand anything Henry Kissenger says?

I just listened to Lou Dobbs interview him and I couldn't understand a mumble he said! Why is anyone keeping this Vietnam era relic around for anyway?

... thereby rendering the Nobel Peace Prize completely worthless.

I feel sorry for everyone who was awarded one legitimately, since he and the Nobel committee have tarnished it forever.
