I used to work in a cheese-assed bakery in a basement=office=building food court just off the orange/blue line Metro in Wash DC, and our Mountain Bread was a round bleu cheese/sourdough loaf with pamesan crusted on top.
What are you talking about?

and this bread is soft. Extremely soft.
A loaf cut into sandwich slices.
White bread, but very chewy crust.
It's quite good.

Near Eastern Bread like pita. Baked without heat controlled oven.

Do not let your passion for the Beloved be less than your hunger for bread. Rumi
Khoubz Markouk or Lavash Mountain Bread
"Popular throughout the Eastern Mediterranean, Iran and the Caucasus, this bread is traditionally made in a tannur, a pottery oven set in the ground."
