A team in the UK has done several in the last 18 months. It sounds silly at first, but then think about burn victims. Kind of a big help for them.

just did a profile of a young woman who could use this. She was horrifically burned in a car accident. She hardly looks human.

Such an operation would be a real blessing for someone like her. I hope it works.
