Keebler Elf held for questioning in "tree trunk cookie factory" scandal

The Keebler Elf was taken into custody today in what the Justice Department described as a "significant step forward" in its investigation of an alleged "cookie factory" operating out of a hollow tree trunk in the Enchanted Forest.

A D.O.J. spokesperson who wished to remain anonymous states "So far, we've found traces of fudge, an unidentified white powder that we believe to be confectioners sugar, and many, many tiny pairs of shoes with bells on them."
