This is South Carolina, so it's a safe bet it doesn't have anything to do with North Dakota. I'm guessing that it's somebody with creative spelling skills trying to state that he's an Independent. Or an independent pinhead. Or is really proud of his DTs. Of course it could be some inside family joke that's meaningless to anybody else, but I just wondered if anybody else has a good guess.
