Jackass: The Movie

Last night, during a bout of insomnia, I was channel surfing and stumbled upon "Jackass: The Movie" I started watching it, and could not stop. The premise of this film is dreadful...but like a wreck on the interstate; I could not turn away. I even laughed out loud during the alligator segment.

What is about this film that is so engaging? I consider myself a sophisticated movie buff; I am ashamed that I liked this movie - but I did.

1. this movie was one of the funniest ever

the scene where Johnny Knoxville brings the damaged car back and says "I hit a dog" makes me crack up every time. That and when they masturbated with the sea sponge and the guy's like "I made the mistake of showing Pontius and Steve-o what happens with a sea sponge is threatened"

2. I'm a serious movie buff as well but that was an hysterical film...

Something so simple like the scene where they are blasting the air horns at golfers teeing up nearly had me on the floor in stitches.

Just a great movie overall.

phil & april margera (bam's parents). it reminds me of me & my dad, always with the practical jokes. and what about dave, the guy who took a dump in the hardware store?

I do stupid shit like they do all the time!

Right now, my favorite show on tv is "Viva la Bam" on MTV. Some of the guys that were in that movie are on the show. It kicks ass!
