What is Most Important to You?
I'm not kidding. My whole family on the male side doesn't last too long. I had my first heart attack (thankfully caused only enough damage to be prescribed beta blockers for the last 12 years) when I was 31. The whole damn male family dies before they're 50. I felt a minor attack today, but didn't tell anyone (minor being chest pain that felt like a metal band and jaw pain. What is important?

What is most important to you?

3. No
I do the best I can, and hope for the best results.

I hope to wake up tomorrow. I told a neighbor that I was going to be really pissed if I didn't wake up. He laughed. I laughed too.

2. It might sound trite and cliche
But the people I love, and my relationships with them, and also with other people, and maintaining those relationships even over long distances.

Had that driven home for me walking away from the carnage of 9-11 trying to get hole of anyone on the cell phone, and in the days afterward from the emails and phone calls that came in from people.

Everything else is just icing on the cake. It's relationships with other people that really matter.

(all that said with the assumption that we've fulfilled the much more important necessity of food. But even amongst the homeless and the terminally ill and others who are lacking, relationships are tops - even if it's just having an ear to listen to them for 15 minutes. Humans, generally, have a real need, along with food, for companionship, or at least encounters).

9. That's not trite, it's beautiful...
I lean toward a belief in reincarnation. But this life, this set of relationships and family can only happen now. I think you hit the nail on the head.

5. The wellbeing of my kids.
If it werent for them being there for me during the bad times, I probably wouldnt be here right now.
They are my reason for living.

7. I love the future....
And that is why I'm supporting Dennis Kucinich for president...because he is going to make the future better by ending American Empire(cutting the pentagon), treating humans with the rights they deserve(ending capital punishment, 'life'; long lives no matter wages earned, 'health'; and giving Gays and Lesbians the right to get married in the USA, 'equality' given by the 1st and 14th amendments), and finally he is going to make love not war around the world so we can find peace in our hearts.

yes...Dennis Kucinich is the answer America needs to make the future a better place.

I love the future, I love Dennis Kucinich.

10. I also think it's important to
constantly be aware of the lessons your life is teaching you. To learn to let go of preconceived notions and try to understand as many different groups of people and life forms as possible.
