I know there was a good PMS post yesterday, but today I am PMSing to the max & people are not smart enough to stay out of my way.
I just talked to this stupid ass women who must have been a freeper because she just could not be bothered with the facts. I should have never received this phone call in the first place, but our idiot receptionist has not figured out the fine art of call screening. I explain to this women on the phone over & over that the letter she recieved did not come from our office, therefore we cannot tell her what to do with it. But will she listen, noooooooo! Believe me I was more than willing to tell her what to do with the letter, but not sure if she is flexable enough to follow through.
Do you think bush might be to blame for so many americans being totally unable to understand plain & simple english????

I am MSing, and Best Buy has been pissing me off. We bought a stove for the rental house, gave them 2 numbers for the tenants. What do they do? SEVEN different people have called here wanting to install a gas range. I finally flipped and told them to call their main office and find a number for the tenant. If they call again I will pretend to speak Chinese or something!

Yes, stupidity is individual, but seems to be institutionalized too.

Don't let the idiots get you down. I try sweet condescension, and if that doesn't work I go postal on their ass. I realize you can't do that at work, though.
