Cooking one will take about 3 minutes, but cooking 2 or more will actually take slightly longer than 3 minutes.

Why?

Because the eggs you are adding are usually cold and will bring down the temperature ever so slightly. Adding 2 eggs will add more cold to the boiling water, so maybe about 3:10 minutes for 2 eggs just to be sure!
