3. Job's better now - knock on wood |

We have new computers and such, so hopefully things will be better.
A perogy! It's a potatoe stuffed pasta, first boiled then fried and usually people eat them with sour cream and stuff. Me, I prefer, garlic, bacon and honey.
They're kinda like a potatoe ravioli....I suggest you try them.

only stuffed with potatoes and something else, usually cheese, onions, broccoli or some such thing. They're usually crescent shaped. They're delicious: you can find pre-made ones at the grocery store usually in the frozen section. You can deep fry them, fry them, or cook them like pasta and top them with sauce. :)

My childhood favorite!!! (Ukranian) I haven't made those homemade since my early teens (with my grandmother).
What could be more satisfying than potatoes AND cheese AND pasta AND onions (AND garlic in my personal twist).
The ultimate comfort food...................
