Thinking of following my heart |
|
to the green party. My local con-dem committee is working their rat worm GOP tricks to maintain power. I thought about becoming a liberal GOP, as the GOP would love to have me on board, even though I'm a leftie, an extreme liberal leftie.
I'm currently trying to obtain a dem committee seat, but the resistance is horrifying.
That is all.

Consider that the local gop is very liberal (pro gay rights, pro choice) and the Dem party is very liberal, but seems to limit outsider contributions to the party.
Joining the Greens is the same as joining the GOP? I'm not following.

4. well , I live in NYS, so I always vote progressive |
|
sometimes I will vote for a Dem on the Working Families Line. I live in the NYS CD 22, so I will definitely be voting for Maurice Hinchey on the Democratic Line. Additionally, even though I'm about as left as they come, I will actively oppose any attempt that the Greens make to unseat Hinchey. Hinchey is a national treasure and needs to be protected as such.
So I'll vote for Hinchey. :hi:
