I really want to cry here.
Edited on Thu Jun-10-04 08:56 AM by Archae
I adore nature, seeing animals, birds, trees and grass.

That's why I loved the backyard of my apartment.

I took this photo just about a month ago.

Since then, I have a new landlord, the guy is the nicest guy, and a great landlord.
He loves my cats, and is friendly and helpful.

But...

He owns a landscaping and lawn care business.
So he is using the backyard to park his company vehicles.

1. You might be able to do something about it
check and see if your neighborhood is zoned for commercial use.

2. Oh man
That sucks. Did he tell the tenants he was going to do that when he became your landlord?

3. Yes he did.
And he also knocked $20 a month off the rent, if we accepted it.

And it is all right for him to park the vehicles, as long as he doesn't actually bring customers here.

4. quickest cheapest temporary remedy is to. . .
buy a trellis and plant morning glories. In about six weeks or so you'll have a beautiful wall obstructing the view of the truck lot. You'll be in the same dillemma in the fall though. You may want to start some more hardy ivy for then, but the growth is far slower.

5. damn shame
but just curious, what i thought was camera angle, now i don't know. But that house on the right in background appears to be seriously sinking into the ground...all the trees appear upright in your 1st photo...

blame it on the heavy equipment and trucks!

6. It's just the camera angle.
I also used different cameras for the pictures.
(The wide-angle one isn't digital)
