Please post the day/night and time - I am hoping one of the music channels or A&E or someone will do a RC special this weekend.

3. A Ray Charles show on MTV?!? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
<whew> That was a good one. Seriously, though, the only thing the vast majority of MTV watchers know Ray Charles for is the Powerball commercials.

6. I used MTV as an example
MTV sucks these days, I know
Ray Charles was on CMT (Country Music) a few weeks ago
He got 2 songs in, and sang Behind Closed Doors, one of the other chosen songs.

About: Ray Charles / Travis Tritt
Music legend Ray Charles hits the stage with country music Travis Tritt. In the special, Ray Charles talks about his Mom letting him stay up late only on Saturday nights so he could listen to the Grand Ole Opry on the radio. This year also marks the 40th anniversary of his classic "Modern Sounds of Country and Western Music" album. This episode of CMT Crossroads really shows how these two artists can come together and show how their musical roots and Georgia heritage collide. And the blending of their soulful voices will send chills up your spine.
About CMT Crossroads
CMT CROSSROADS teams-up country music stars with music stars from other genres - pop, rock, R & B - to play together, swap stories, and share their common love of music.
Each episode of CMT CROSSROADS

AMC will be running Blues Brother twice on Sunday - Ray Charles has a cameo appearance.
