2. Is the scum caked on? Has the liner doubled in thickness? |
|
Uh, they're $3.98 - buy a new one.

If it's machine washable, and you go to a laundromat, plus the parking meter, gas and detergent -- it probably costs less to get a new one.
The one I have I wipe down occasionally and it works fine.

4. I Use "Spray Comet" On Mine About Once A Month |
|
It really makes cleaning easy. Most of the time I don't even need to sponge it off... I just use the flexible shower massage head to rinse everything off the liner, tiles, and down the drain.

No. I don't own stock in the makers of Comet. (Although they ought to send me a carton or two for this unsolicited endorsement.)

17. Might also check dollar stores |

I've found them there before too. Its not worth the effort to fight with it to me.

My wife insists on washing the things with bleach. Way too much for the $3 or $4 they cost.

They're cheap enough to buy. Last one I bought was only about $3 at Target.

That's how I conduct my relationships. I wait until the bitterness and resentment eat away everything worthwhile. Then I move on, and I always demand more.
A lot of girls whine about it, but it's really THEIR problem, not mine.

Never let it be said that whats good for a shower curtain liner is good for a lady friend. I'd probably wash the girlfriend every now and then. By the way, Congrats on your 100th post.

15. Buy the nylon ones that can be washed ... for environmental reasons. |

Not only is it cheaper in the long run, but they don't get nearly as nasty, or nasty as fast, as the plastic ones.
