It will have to be an aggressive solvent, with added acids and alkalis to make sure it works just the way it should.
Yes, this will be a two-stage solvent system. First, a refreshing wash of high-molar hydrofluoric acid, followed by the soothing effervescence of sodium hydroxide solution.
The reaction will be...
HF + Bush = a big pot of HF with a scum of Bush on top
Then HF + NaOH = NaF + H2O
Add to the nation's fresh water supply, improve our children's strong bones and teeth, and get rid of Dubya all in two reactions. How can ya go wrong?

I always enjoyed seeing how many cubic feet of them I could melt in a quart jar. Now, if I can just figure how to reconstitute the toxic mess back into peanuts, I might have something marketable. Is there a solvent that will do that?
