Toilets will be one of the few things to survive the centuries. Porcelan does not decay. Most of our other artifacts will oxydize and corrode away from this planet. But our toilets will last for eons.

But there are a lot of good answers in science fiction.
I can't remember what book it was in, but I remember a good joke where an alien discovers we have an organization called the Junior Chamber of Commerce, and mis-translates it as the Hall of Childish Tradespersons.
And you can also get some insights from an old comic monologue by Theodore Bikel, called "Digging the Weans."
"I shall call these people the Weans, since they lived in the land of WE, or US."
