This is the icon you use to ignore someone (PLEASE DON'T CLICK IT ON ME PRETTY PLEASE!!!!)

But he looks like he's fallen down and he's sleeping. But not sleeping in a bed or a sofa but right there on the floor.

Did he drink too much and just fall down? Was he working to hard and is trying to catch some ZZZs. Or did someone push him and he thought "I'm on the floor so I might as well take a nap"

What do you think this guy represents?
