Try and think of some less obvious ones (Like Shelby from BOTB)

1. Wow! Too bad for you that your thread came in a minute later than mine...
I declare this thread null and void! Bwuahahahahaha!!

(just kidding!)

Of all the series together, I'd run immediately to LA and take the Cheney out of Cheneying Rick "I'm a Stoopid Cheney Head" Berman.

Oops - you meant character.

I'd fly immediately to Deep Space 9 and expend years' worth of hatred and anger on Quark and tire iron him until he's Cheneying liquified then pee on him, and squeegee the mess into a photon torpedo and launch it into space to make sure every atom is annihilated.

3. mine includes all the series...
unlike your narrow minded - limiting - racist thread (j/k of course)...

but, why Quark? I like him. hows about Neelix or Wesley instead?

7. Neelix would be second or third
It would be a toss up between Yar and Neelix as number 2.

Quark is an abomination of a character that had no right to be in ST. There was nothing Star Treky about the character at all - he was brought in solely for comedic relief, and to give idiots something to collect: namely, the "rules of acquisition". Star Trek is about STORIES, not about idiocy. Sadly, Quark was the latter. I know that in later season they started using him as something other comedic bullshit relief, but even so, he never should have been there.

Rick Berman deserves to spend his afterlife in hell.

I've never been an anti-Wesley person. I really liked his character, and I like the way that Wil Weaton played him. And for the most part, especially after the first season, the writing for him was quite good and he had some great moments.

9. I really thought Quark was an interesting character...
I think his character developed quite a bit, some episodes he was very insightful and well played. He slowly DOES begin to embrace federation values over the series, always a good thing.

HE is one of my favorited of DS9... try to touch him and I will throw you out the nearest airlock!

2. No particular character...
But if you either a) wear Spock ears, or b) speak Klingon, then you deserve a tire-iron clubbing :)

10. Oh, yeah! Good call -
he needed a few pounds of steel as wielded by, for example, a pissed off klingon security chief.

soon as it landed and beat the new ensign to death and run off, just to get it over with.

That thing was ridiculous. I could see the string that made it 'float.' I bet if you broke it open, candy would fall out.

17. I would have to say...
Jake Sisko on DS9. (at least for the first couple of seasons) he was 'Yes, dad...No, dad...let's get in trouble, Nog', whenever he was on the show.

20. The Kazon
...from Voyager. Any/all of them. They were annoying bargain basement Klingons.

Blame for the "Comic Relief Ferengi" can be laid solely at the feet of Paramount, Berman & Co. Armin Shimmerman tried for years to get the Ferengi treated as serious characters and was overruled every time.

Curse You Paramount!!! :spank:
