I recommend strongly against doing business with
GlobalComputer.com.
I placed an order over two weeks ago, yet I have received no order, no order confirmation, and cannot reach anyone who will even attempt to resolve this situation. The order apparently never entered the system because they cannot find any of my personal info, yet I know my order payment was accepted.
I have been calling their offices every day for a week straight, and each time I have experienced half-hour waiting periods, between being rudely transferred
as I'm speaking every single time someone gets on the phone, to different departments and offices all over the country - most of which have nothing to do with customer service (security offices, warehouses, etc), some of which have been
entirely different company names.
If my payment is not returned in the next two-three weeks I will be filing a record of complaint with the SEC against Global Computer; it probably won't accomplish anything but at least the complaint will be there.
