I am ashamed to admit that today I saw the worst movie EVER
Edited on Tue Aug-26-03 03:59 PM by ProdigalJunkMail
I travel for a living and when I am not working it is either the hotel room or some other form of diversion. I see LOTS of movies...but today I may have cured myself of movie-going.

Yes, I saw it. The worst. The most painfully awful movie upon which I have ever laid eyes. Please don't hate me...but it was Freddy vs. Jason. Gawd, it sucked.

I went with ideas of seeing a horror flick to remind me of the fun of youth...taking a date to a flick such as this...and being clung onto for all life was worth...but in the end...well, it sucked. I consider this a more painful monetary loss than the losses I have taken in the stock market...at least there was a LITTLE suspense to that!

1. Weren't you able to pull any redeemable quality out of it?
I haven't seen it but want to. What was so terrible about it?

4. well, there was plenty of
gore...a little nudity...lots of 'popping out at you' kinda startle action...typical of the genre...I really felt that since I had enjoyed movies of its ilk in the past, that this would have some redeeming quality, as you put it. But it is just too predictable and if Freddy had talked to the camera one more time I think I would have screamed from something other than fear.

7. My sister loved it, but she hates horror. A friend likes horror, thought
it was okay.

Depends on what you like. I think for some people it kind of fell apart at the ending (both, LOL, they show the original ending after the credits, I think)...but the overall plot sounds a lot more plausible than half the movies out there.

I've not seen it, but I'm not a fan of horror/gore either so I'll probably like it a lot--plus, the guy's cute.

I'm still kicking myself for seeing "Ricochet" and "Wyatt Earp." :puke:

Go and sin no more. :-)
