Is it 'slutty' for a woman to wear a dark bra and a light shirt?

My wife and I are having this discussion (read argument).

I don't think it's slutty at all, maybe just a little flirtatious. She says "Well women talk, and it's slutty."

G-string showing with low cut jeans is kinda slutty in my book, but black bra with a white t-shirt. Naw.

The bra straps showing, the bra showing through the shirt - I'm sorry but it's not a classy look. It's just slutty.

Women have to decide if they want to strut their goods out on the street or buy that very special sexy stuff for display in a private place.
